After I took the picture, I made a sepia copy and a cyanotype copy in camera using the 'retouch' menu. I made the black and white photo afterward in photoshop where I also made this collage. You can probably do this easily enough in your version of photoshop by converting your image to B&W and then adding a brown layer for sepia and a blue layer for cyanotype. I'm pretty sure Canon doesn't have an in-camera retouch menu; it might be exclusive to Nikon.
